Which one of the following five shapes (marked A to E) differs from all the others?
Whatever you chose from the alphabet soup, you are correct…
How? I will leave that to you to tell us in the comments.
The point of this simple exercise is not the shapes or the letters. They are just symbols. The purpose is for this to be a reminder that context is important. What is proper in one situation may not be in another. What is fuel for one might be poison for another (unless we are talking alcohol, in which case fuel and poison could very well be the same).
So, application?
I keep a version of this in my diary and on my computer. Whenever I believe I have ‘the right answer’, and can stop looking, I come back to this.
After all, Earth was once flat, and our planet was the Centre of the Universe.
